This sale agreement applies to an AKC registered Norwich Terrier. Seller certifies that the above described puppie is of sound health at the time of this sale. Buyer MUST have this puppie examined by a licensed vet of his/her choice with 72 hours of the purchase in order to validate this guarantee. If Buyer chooses not to have the puppie examined in the above stated time, Buyer assumes full responsibility and the contract is void. If any life-threatening congential defect is so found by the vet within six months of birth, Buyer must IMMEDIATELY return the puppie to Seller and provide the vet's findings in writing. It will then be the Sellers choice to give Buyer a replacement puppie of equal value from the next available litter or to give a refund. Sell and Buyer agree that under no circumstances will Seller be responsible after 72 hours of said puppie unless it is found to be a life-threatening congential defect. Under no circumstances is Seller responsible for ANY vet expenses.
Buyer agrees to provide proper vet care and house this puppie in a manner that is acceptable for the health of this breed.
Seller cannot guarantee that a male puppie will have two normally descended testicles at maturity. Seller cannot guarantee the fertility of breeding success, show success or house training.
